BenefiMall brings in broker sales executive for California

Employee benefits general agency BenefitMall has announced Xavier Montes (pictured) as the new broker sales executive for California within the company’s individual & senior division (ISD).

The strategic hire, according to BenefitMall, signifies its dedication to bolstering support for brokers serving ISD’s clients in the state and aims to strengthen its market foothold.

With a robust background spanning more than 25 years in the insurance sector, Montes brings a wealth of experience primarily focused on medical and ancillary benefits. His career began at a major integrated managed care consortium, where he developed significant partnerships.

Montes is recognized for creating innovative employer engagement strategies and improving operational efficiencies to enhance healthcare resource utilization.

Tiffany Stiller, BenefitMall’s senior vice president of carrier relations and ISD, highlighted Montes’ readiness to apply his deep industry knowledge and strong connections to his new role.
