Zelenskyy: Zero roaming costs for Ukraine needs to be ‘permanent’


Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy mentioned Friday he desires the settlement to scrap roaming charges for Ukrainians to change into a everlasting association with the European Union.
