Northwestern Mutual earns perfect score on Disability Equality Index

Northwestern Mutual has earned its fourth consecutive good rating on the Incapacity Equality Index (DEI), probably the most complete nationwide benchmarks for measuring incapacity inclusion within the office.

“Northwestern Mutual continues to take significant steps to strengthen its tradition of inclusivity – one by which each worker feels celebrated and supported,” stated Amy Hanneman, vp of range and inclusion at Northwestern Mutual. “Receiving one other good rating on this 12 months’s index validates our efforts and motivates us to proceed striving for even higher fairness and inclusion within the office.”
