Healthfirst to cease sales of Gold EPO plans

Healthfirst has advised us of a change to their product offerings for new and existing business that affects their GOLD metal EPO plans ONLY. If you are looking for or have Healthfirst please see the changes being implemented and the options you will have going forward. Effective immediately, Healthfirst will no longer offer Gold EPO Plan products either directly or via HealthPass Beginning October 1, 2022, renewing groups in a discontinued plan will be automatically mapped to a Healthfirst Platinum Pro EPO or Platinum Pro Plus EPO Plan. Discontinued plans: Gold Pro EPO Gold Pro Plus EPO Gold 25/50/0 Pro EPO Gold 25/50/0 Pro Plus EPO Gold 1350 Pro EPO Healthfirst small group policyholders will receive notices 90 days in advance of their renewal date advising that HF is discontinuing select Gold EPO plans.
